Echo is based on a black-footed ferret, with round glasses and the occasional warm sweater. They have a ferret's long white body and a brown tail with short brown, stubby limbs. While they enjoy telling stories, they aren't well versed in verbally conveying their feelings so they use body language often. 

Echo, while a fan of nature, does not like spiders - the eight limbs and tiny hairs freaks them out. The sticky sound used in media for spiders also filled them with disgust, causing them to physically retreat away from arachnids. They are also sensitive to smell, and when confronted with a disgusting scent, they will turn their head and try to push away the offending item, tongue stuck out in good measure to convey the emotion. Occasionally, they get stuck in a spot of slimy goo, a texture they do not enjoy in their fur. Ears pressed back and fists clenched as they flinch away from the offending substance, Echo is disgusted by the gooey texture of the mysterious goop.
